"5 stars. Beautiful setting and room. Very clean. The breakfast was amazing!! The staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. The pool was a huge hit for my kids!!! And we loved the sauna. The perfect distance from Lindau!!! Easy to get there and nice to be out of the city busyness. Strongly recommend. "

"We arrived to be greeted very warmly by a friendly receptionist. But we were very disappointed when we saw our room, as we had paid extra for a mountain view room, there was construction in front of the hotel, which meant from our balcony we could not see the view (see photo 1). We complained at reception (I hate complaining and felt awkward having to do this) and were immediately offered a different room, without any question, which made me think that they must already know that the room did...

"the quality of the hotel is fantastic. the food is excellent. the rooms have a magnificent view. the gym is incredible and the tranquility of the place too! there is a small discotheque in the evening with good music and a bar, very clever because the hotel is quite isolated. in short we really appreciated the place and all the staff very kind and welcoming! we will definitely come back!!"
