"Very quiet night"

"We checked in, and immediately noticed a very scary atmosphere, people walking around barefooted and congregating in the halls. I think more of the guests are living there. The room smelled horrible, the bathroom lights didn’t work, the toilet kept running constantly, it was far from the pictures in the ads. We checked out within 30 minutes,, and paid about the same price at the La Quinta in Desoto. That place was perfect. The issue keeps going because they have not refunded my full 4 night booking with them. I am currently working on that. If you want security, cleanliness, safety, and updated rooms and basically a place that doesn’t make you feel like you could be stabbed in the hallway, then DONT STAY HERE"

"The 2 only Elevators were broken for a couple of days. We go in late so couldn't go anywhere else. The one and only young employee on the property tried to help us get our luggage to the second floor. We felt sorry for her. We were winded and they should have told us before we got there. Terrible night and no help leaving also. The Gal at the front desk said the Manager was at a meeting and we knew She was lying because She had the biggest Diamond ring on and we knew She was Management or Proprietor."
