"Filthy and odor. "

"DO NOT. I repeat do NOT stay at this hotel, especially room 208!! I found bed bugs in the bed, checked out and left. It has now been almost 4 weeks and I am still fighting them for a refund! The hotel puts it off on hotels.com/3rd party because it was a prepaid booking and hotels.com keeps saying the hotel isn’t responding to there attempts for communication. At this point prepaid booking or not, the hotel has received payment for the stay that I cut short. I only asked for a refund, they are lucky I didn’t ask for reimbursement for what I was out to treat the belongings I couldn’t replace or of my car (since my luggage had to be put in it) or replacement costs for anything I just trashed instead of chancing taking back. The entire situation has been handled extremely poorly. I’m leaving one picture of the bites that woke me up. If you feel you need more proof I have more photos as well as screenshots of emails from the hotel acknowledging the presence of bed bugs. "

"The manager Irene Carrillo was just Amazing and very friendly. She made our stay this weekend for our Honeymoon Amazing. We will be back for our next vacation. 💯 Satisfied "

"The room was filthy! Dust everywhere, the floor needed vacuuming, the tile needed mopped, the shower needed cleaned, there was residual food on the dresser and cup mark on all the furniture. We went down stairs and very politely asked for our room to be be cleaned and the lady called the housekeeping lady (who was just sitting in the breakfast area, we could hear her) from her cell phone and walked away to talk to her so no telling what she said about us. When we returned the staff had changed and our room was never cleaned, it looked like someone swiped their hand over the top of the dresser and that was it. They ended up switching us to a different room (both staff members we dealt with acted very put out by our request to have our room cleaned or moved us to another room) but the cleanliness was still very lacking. It was just a very gross, run down version of the hotel we stayed at a few years ago that was very nice and very well maintained. I don’t know what happed but we will NEVER stay here again. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk to check us in for at least 3-4 minutes. My husband had to whistle to get someone to come out of the office, which was located right behind the desk to help us and there was no apology for making us wait. The hotel and our room was for the most part clean but there was a foul odor coming from the restroom when we entered the room. It seem to be coming from the drain in the tub, but I'm not sure. We were only staying for one night, so we didn't bother to report it. The hotel was comfortable, quiet, the a/c & tv worked well, there was a frig. & microwave, plenty of parking and the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. However, the carpet in our room and hallways and some of the ways could use some extra attention. The young lady taking care of the check-in desk AND breakfast the next day was delightful and prompt. She was always present at the desk and in the breakfast area. She did a great job and should be commended for handling both with a smile and great attitude. Overall, the stay was good especially for the price, and we would stay again. By the way, this was our 2nd stay at this hotel."

"Breakfast was good. They had a good crowd. Air conditioning was good. The floors, bathtub had hair & dirt in it. Lighting was poor in the bathroom. Water marks on the bathroom sink/ cabinet, toilet. Lots of dust on top of the fridge"

"This property needs serious updating from the rooms to dining experience . The major benefit to this hotel is the location . We were very disappointed in the dining and lack of quality options for a hotel this size . You could tell there was a staffing shortage with the long wait to get our bill . The food option was minimal and the quality of what was ordered was to be desired . The rooms although spacious was outdated. Our rooms had mold on the shower curtains, cracks in the bathroom walls and the bedding had red and brown stains on the sides . Overall , it was a fair stay. "

"Our weekend stay was good. The mattress was way too firm for our liking, didn't get our best nights sleep due to that. Our room was clean and the air conditioner worked very well, staff was friendly and welcoming."

"The room was clean but small and out dated. I knew what we were getting into (I read other reviews). The price was good and the staff was friendly. We did feel safe but the place was a little run down. We left our car there for a week when we went on a cruise and it was just fine when we got back. The only real problem was someones car alarm going off all night long. Could hardly get any sleep. But that is not the hotles fault. "
