The secerty code for door is a pane if ur coming home drunk very annoying U get locked out if get wrong 3 times was close to sleeping on floor if didn't have phone

The property didn’t have a sign to enter and no reception the only way to contact them was via phone. The doors were locked via a keypad which is ridiculous, when getting the instructions you were you spoken down to and like a child. It was very inconvenient with the door locks if you didn’t do it ‘right’ you got locked out of your room for 10 mins then 20 mins with no amenities close by to use and they are telling you to drive down to a local public toilet at 11pm at night, We we’re locked out of our room until 12 with hardly any assistance, I asked for a refund and got told no. We used the locks all day with no problems then all of a sudden we had problems. We arrived in the room with cockroaches running around and stains on the chairs. We moved the bed to get something out from underneath it was a pig sty with tissues and empty coke bottle and a tablet. He advised us he doesn’t use keys as it’s the modern age.

The room was neat and clean. The manager Mike was communicative and helpful. The area was perfect for a quiet, family weekend. We were there for a special family event and Mike made sure to accommodate our needs. Simple checkin and coded doors meant no stress of losing keys.

The name of the resort as per WhatIf is Noosa Accommodation while the place was named Noosa Resort.....!!! This lack of clarity regards name via WhatIf booking email did cause confusion as to the location. We phoned the reception and they guide us in following a few fgrustrations especially when we alrady had pulled into the Resort but since automatic bookin and instructions how to put in door codes.!!!!!! Also my Credit card was charged before the dates we stayed. even before I had confirmed the booking 2 days before arrival. NO IMPRESSED!! Lacks Hospitality of reception by people during normal hour of operation!!!
