Frühstücksbuffet schlecht organisiert, wenig Platz man versucht mit Teller durch Menschen Menge durchkommen ohne Essen zu verlieren. Personal: eigentlich nett, aber stellt manchmal unnötige Fragen oder stellt die so dass man sich angegriffen fühlt bzw. Dass Privatsphäre angegriffen wird. Z.B, wir müssten/ wollten früher auschecken und dann frage: warum? Erst dann später: ob das an uns (Hotel) liegt?...

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, plötzlich erhielten wir einen Anruf, dass der Check-in nur bis 18 Uhr möglich ist. Das war sehr unschön. Schließlich haben wir aber eine Lösung mit der Schlüsselbox gefunden. Warum nicht gleich so?"
