Room spacious, immaculately clean and very well decorated. Bathroom was fabulous. Hotel located centrally and close to many attractions. All the staff we encountered were exceptionally professional, courteous and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

My favorite part of the hotel was the staff. Excellent customer service, with a special thank you to the bar and dining staff. The night time views from the hotel of Salamanca while having a cocktail are wonderful.

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The price was decent, but you definitely get what you pay for. Many hairs were found in the bedding. Also, upon getting in the shower and closing the door, you can see that the bottom of the shower door in the corner is covered in black ...
