"The hotel is brand new and clean. The location is convenient. Our suite was the biggest room in the hotel but was still very small, no safe in the room. Breakfast area was not good and the food was average. Gym is extremely small."

"Within walking distance from the airport. Breakfast buffet was worth the cost. The public bath and sauna were really nice. Lots of little extras in the room like toothbrushes and other toiletries. A very comfortable stay."

The shower was great. The restaurant meal options for dinner were not good and the English translations need updating. However staff were very friendly throughout. We enjoyed the shuttle service provided as well.

Excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Okayama. For the price, the quality of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. The hotel was only 6 days old when I stayed, so everything was new and clean. Staff were really accommodating about storing bags, both before and after my stay, which I really appreciated. Location was near to the JR station, ferry terminals and the shops and restaurants.

A lovely hotel, 15 min walk from the train station and close to ferry terminal. Bus from airport stops close by. Can walk to Ritsuin Gardens in 25 mins. Room was larger than Tokyo rooms, but still limited storage space as is the custom Breakfast was superb. Western & Japanese food in a buffet style. All staff were friendly and attentive.
