However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. "Siamo arrivati in questa struttura verso le 11 di mattina, ma purtroppo non c'era nessuno ad attenderci. La porta d'ingresso dell'Hotel era chiusa e non siamo potuti entrare. Nonostante la prenotazione e nonostante avessimo già pagato la notte, siamo dovuti andare a trovare un'altra sistemazione altrove. Vediamo ora, come Expedia pensa di rimediare a quanto successo. "The hygienic conditions were horrible, the toilets near the bars and restaurants were very dirty, a bad smell came out of the toilet in the room. The restaurant with buffet was dirty in the area of fries, with food thrown on the counter. Food in general was not good, but the cakes and pastries were excellent."
