A very friendly hotel, with staff who did everything they could to help us, despite the language barrier. It is comfortable, if old fashioned in decor, which we liked. We had expected to be able to get breakfast and a beer or a glass of wine at night, neither of which was available, though you can get non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks and snacks from vending machines in the foyer. The area is basically industrial but is convenient for the Pompeii ruins, which are just a 20 minute walk away.

AC was hard to work, no airport connection, very remote area, taxi only option - luckily a really good pizza place close by. Front desk guy was so sweet n helpful!

Clean room. Close to train station. AC was not available. Supposedly not in season even tho the booking said there was ac. Was told to open the windows.

Great hotel but the main reason we booked was for the pool and it is only open in ‘summertime’. It was 24 degrees when we were there and it wasn’t clear when booking that it wouldn’t be open.

We spent one night here to catch an early flight . We were upgraded to a suite which was nice but this hotel had large bus groups and the restateabt was a disaster . Food was less than mediocre and dinner service was really slow . Breakfast was large buffet but carrots were ice cold and tasteless ...
