"Conveniently located a block from the airport this brand new hotel has everything you need except a hotel bar. The suite I was in, had a very large desk, which was wonderful for a working vacation, but would also double as a great table as it had access for chairs on both sides. I initially could not find the closet because the barn doors for the bathroom cover the closet when they are open, I was a little confused unpacking, but figured it out The fitness centre is well equipped, the front desk staff are amazing and the complementary breakfast in the morning was satisfactory. I would definitely stay at this hotel again unless I need to be downtown thunder Bay."

"Rooms are a little outdated for what you pay. Breakfast is as expected, however, dishes get piled and left too long and items (cream, jam) don’t get replenished quick enough or they advise that they have run out (which is not acceptable in my opinion). Otherwise, great place to stay! Staff is friendly and complimentary firewood is a bonus 👌 Overall, 4 stars"

"Good rooms for a good price. Everything was clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s not a Holiday Inn, e.g. breakfast, (they do have an espresso machine though :), outside entrance, but at least it’s clean and maintained. Would recommend if you’re looking for a clean place to sleep at an affordable rate. "

"It was my daughter birthday gateway. Loved the dinner, the simple duplex room. Just facing the water. Super clean. The jacuzzi was working in the room. Loved the sauna and the pool. Enjoyed breakfast. Special thanks to Megan the front desk, Kusuri the waiter and other staff that we don’t know the names. "
