"Despite the high price, this hotel exceeded my already quite high expectations. The hotel itself is incredibly well kept, the facilities are maintained at a very high standard and I was impressed with the attentiveness of all staff. The concierge service made booking tables at restaurants very easy and getting around Florence was made seamless by the recommendations and helpfulness of the staff. The pool is amazing and the breakfast was perfect. Could not fault it. The drinks and service was top notch and I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and I will definitely look to return here in the future."

"Nice hotel. Room was small, but clean and comfy. Food was vonvenient and breakfast was included. It was a great spread with lots of good choices. Easy to get taxis from there. Ristorante Arno was an enjoyable experience."

"Love this place, came back twice. Literally had all you need . The shuttle downtown is amazing, exploring with families can be chaotic this helped. The pool gets a bit crowded during peak season but still worth a visit."

"This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I love it. I was facing the plaza this time and the lady that sings until 1-2 am was off key and kept me up. Someone needs to cut the singers off at midnight. But the hotel is wonderful."

"Lovely hotel on the river in central location. Very clean and staff were lovely. Breakfast was good. Roof top bar had amazing views. Didn’t use the pool as was very small."
