Noisy on front rooms as next to highway and I'd request a back room next time. Other patrons remarked the pool was quite chilly. Appreciated breakfast.

Used the pool and fitness area both clean and well equipped with water, towels. Fitness could use more lifting equipment. Breakfast was well done and very well set up. very typical corporate offerings. Clean up was good, though one staffer could not keep up during the rush, cleaning tables etc. Did not realize Hotel was just outside town. Without a car (like me) finding restaurants meant taxi.

I enjoyed the gym and the swimming pool. The hotel is very clean compared to some of the hotels I have stayed in PG and Vancouver. I have also stayed in some holiday inns in the UK and the breakfast served in these holidays inns were better than what Terrace had to offer. I would suggest you link in with these holiday inns and ask about the variety of options they offer for breakfast. A lot of improvement is needed in breakfast options.

Quiet, clean hotel that serves a great selection of hot and cold complimentary breakfast items. Close to the airport and always our #1 pick when traveling.

Showed up at the airport and called for the 24 hour shuttle to pick up our group. We were informed that it was not available and needed to be booked 3 hours in advance. This was not communicated in advance, or i would have arranged it. Having travelled extensively, usually these policies are communicated in advance. Ended up paying for a taxi after waiting 30 min for it to show up.
