"They are I. The middle of renovation. On the 9 th floor no ice available. And the bathroom was cold no heat flowing in. No way to warm food. No other complaints."

"I did like this hotel. The rooms were well-designed and had a very functional bathroom with the toilet/shower section separate from sink/mirror so two people can get ready at the same time and there was actually a place to put things down (rarely in a hotel bathroom). The cafe was a little weak and missed breakfast because it didn't start till 6 which is unusual for an airport hotel...NOT EVEN COFFEE. The shuttle driver was awesome and was very proud that he got a forgotten bag with insulin to a guest that was boarding an international flight."

"The Hotel was very nice, quiet and comfortable. The room’s spacious and clean. All the latest amenities. Breakfast was just OK, but the coffee was a Hit! The Hostess during breakfast was very nice. There’s around the Hotel is very out of sorts, just a Tavern, Gas and another small inn but the tavern had good music etc! I would definitely stay again in the future when I visit Delaware! 16 minutes apart!"

"This place gets the job done. No frills, not fancy, but a tremendous location. Came into town for the weekend to go to urban air and then Sahara Sam’s waterpark. Both places are awesome, highly recommend. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a lot of weird extra space. I had just stayed the weekend before in New York City and my hotel room was about the size of a cruise ship room, so the bathroom was huge and we had a balcony looking at the pool, which was obviously closed for the season. Breakfast was fine, beds were comfortable, not a luxurious spot, but that’s not what I paid to get. Would recommend. There were some sketchy looking patrons around, but everybody was nice and friendly. I mean, we were in the armpit of America. Respectfully."

"The ironing board was broken. I asked for towels and they never came until I went out for the day and came back. First day there for breakfast was Saturday morning. We went down an hour before it was supposed to be over and there was nothing there but sausage patties and waffles. Everything was pretty much empty. It was like they closed or just stopped preparing anymore food for that day. We just went out to eat. The attendant was very nice older African American man and was very apologetic. He seemed as if he was truly sorry and wished he could have changed it. Not my usual experience at all staying at a Hampton Inn. I was not pleased but made the best of it. I learned later in my stay that they are short staffed. That needs to be addressed to prevent tarnishing the reputation of the hotel. I'm not saying I won't stay again but it was definitely not the same. The front staff some were pleasant others looked at you like they had an attitude because you had a complaint. "
