"More kid friendly "

"Nice resort, staff was friendly. Room temp was set to 68, but I don’t think ever made it to that temp. Was a bit warm and there was a noise coming from the AC unit, which was slightly annoying. Rum runners food and service was fantastic. Once construction is done I think the view will be great along with access to the beach. For the amount of money spent, I would have thought that beach chairs would’ve been included, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall it was a nice place and I would go back. "

"Beginning the day before we arrived, the staff was so attentive. They accommodated my last minute request for a dinner reservation, and the location for our room. We stayed on the upper level of the Tiki Tower. Room was spacious. Housekeeping great. We would have loved a balcony, but we booked late and only Tiki Tower rooms were available. The motel style entrance was different from what we’re used to, but it worked out fine. Easy access to pool, lobby, Tiki Bar, and beach. Pool area had plenty of chairs, and excellent food/beverage service. Lots of umbrellas for shade too. Music was even great! Beach was lovely, but there was a large pipe running the length of the beach. So you can’t see the water from the beach chairs. You can still walk over the pipe to the shoreline. Beautiful sunset views and dolphins too. We ate at Tiki Bar and Drift - both excellent. The live music at the beach near Tiki Bar was fun too. The shuttle to and from St Armand’s was also super convenient. "

"The location is very convenient to resturants and beach. The resort is somewhat dated and could use some updating on decor. We did not receive housekeeping services at all on day 1. I went to desk on Day 2 and requested housekeeping. Then on day 3, when I requested it, they only brought us clean towels and did not make our beds. Bathrooms are very dimly lit. The overall amenities as far as beach access and chairs for the beach were very good. I would return just keeping in mind it is an older resort. "
