"This was a fantastic choice. Close to Bolsena and the lake, and such a lovely place. The staff were brilliant and super friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this place and we will be back for sure. "
"This hotel is in a good location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the lake.
The area felt safe and quiet at night.
The hotel itself is a gem…. Full of historical charm.
The staff was welcoming.
Also there is parking a few minutes away.
Would gladly return.

"The address of the hotel was wrong on the Hotels.com web site. After an anxious hour or so our host was kind enough to come and get us, we were on foot walking the Via Francigena and the additional 4 miles back would have been a killer. Our host arranged for a cab the next morning so we were back on schedule. Worth the cab expense to keep on schedule. Wonderful evening meal and a great hotel. I would visit it again."
"Staff/service was amazing. shower was also fantastic and the room was overall comfortable. Parking was okay, they gave a 24 hour day pass which was very generous, but the lot was filled up at the end of the day"
"We really loved our stay at Casale 1541! The family that runs the property is very helpful. The rooms are unique and well-equipped. The location is very close to the center of town and the lake. Really great restaurants in town too. Breakfast is also very nice."

"After a month of traveling throughout Italy, our stay at Misia Country Resort stands out as one of the absolute best. Seriously, this place is not to be missed.
Our experience here was far above expectation. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the property conditions and facilities were truly first-rate—everything was perfect, well-maintained, and comfortable.
The Unmissable Hike and View
While the hotel is a destination in itself, there is one experience here that is an absolute must-do: the hike up the nearby hill. Don't let the incline put you off! It's a relatively short but rewarding climb that takes you through a winding stone path flanked by incredible rose bushes.
Once you reach the top, the reward is an utterly breathtaking panoramic view. You get a spectacular perspective of the entire Tuscan valley spread out below you. Go just before sunset if you can; the light is pure magic. It's the kind of view that will stick with you long after you've left.
We highly recommend Misia Country Resort to friends and family—it was one of the highlights of our entire Italian journey!"
"Fantastic and exactly what we were hoping for it to be. Absolutely recommend. Good instead of excellent for service simply because the dining experience at the restaurant had very slow service which a bit of a bummer. Still overall very nice!"
"What a great hotel at a perfect location!! It’s close to Duomo, very easy to get from Orvieto train station by funicular and bus A to Duomo.
I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable.
There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!"
"This property was like no other. Exquisite in every detail. It was made with impeccable taste. The art on the walls, the linens, the stairway, the outside grounds… Every detail. The service and friendly atmosphere were perfect. The rooms were top notch. The wine and wine tasting and tours were all we had hoped for and more. You cannot get any more magical !!! It was magnificent! Thank you "
"Amazing location, well maintained, staff is amazing. Rich &yummy breakfast and amazing warm pool. Spa was unique and one of the best I’ve been to. Traveled with a baby and the did above and beyond to accommodate us ❤️
Restaurant was ok (pagoda), a bit pricey and we had better meals outside the hotel. "
