The breakfast was amazing. Probably one of the better breakfast at a hotel. The parking was fine. The staff was kind. The room was clean but had no towels and I was unable to adjust the air conditioning.

This building was a little on the older side but it was well kept up, staff was friendly. On the first night staying there a small lizard was found in our room, fortunately my partner was able to catch it and take it outside, it was a clean hotel but I would not stay there again.

This property sits in the same complex to a very nice shopping mall... but accessing the shops was always delayed... Hotel has a good restaurant on site, but it was a bit crowded most days we were there given that there was some sports event going at the same time. Accessing the parking lot at night proved a bit of a challenged since the shops were closed.

Yes the house keeping was great. We were there when the cartel violence hit. Wanted to stay another week but they almost doubled their price. Location next to the best mall in Nayarit was good.
