"It is a great place very clean and the best thing is they have the best customer service The from of the building it’s noisy if u don’t like that ask for a room next to the pool They also have a restaurant it’s such a beautiful hotel I would go back😊"

"Water pressure was low, hard to shower. Terrace was nice. Lots of construction around so don’t expect to sleep in. The train is close by so that adds to the late evening noise. We had one of the rooms with the bed upstairs , so going to the bathroom was a challenge. Great for kids room in case you get separate room for them!"

"Location was ideal. The room was clean, with a pleasing design and comfortable bed. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the restaurant in the hotel was never open but there are numerous places to eat nearby so just plan accordingly. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again!"

"rooms basic like monastery but extensive grounds with lake, $5 uber to pyramids and commercial areas, otherwise isolated. Staff friendly, speaking only Spanish. only restaurant quite expensive. Police academy on site: loud marching at 7a.m. abandoned sports center on site with bull ring & huge stadium & pools: strangely interesting "
