So far the staff has been nothing but incredibly helpful and very nice. The hotel is clean and has really pretty views all around ! We would definitely recommend :)
We came in late and it was locked up so it was hard to find the entrance. Once we got out of our Uber and started walking around a guard was able to let it in the gate. The stuff was very helpful and the property was very convenient to the archaeological site. Unfortunately there was some sort of large party next door and quite a bit of noise through the night. The staff went above and beyond to relocate our room so that we had a peaceful night rest.
The place was at a perfect location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our water shut off for whatever reason and they immediately gave us another room without any issues. If your doing the Paramides highly recommend staying here.
We arrived at the hotel early. But they gave us a room early. That’s always pleasant. But as we were checking in, my husband realized that he’d left his phone in the Uber. They were very helpful in helping us retrieve it. After the first night in a very cold room, they were very accommodating in moving us to a better room.
The buffet was excellent but it wasn’t clear to us until after that it was not free.
It is very close to Teotihuacan. Generally a good place but staying in a triple room, the shower has no privacy which is not nice and made us a bit uncomfortable.
The place was conveniently located next to the pyramids and on the boarder of the neighboring Pueblo. Basic accommodations, pools, restaurants, etc…
The best thing about the whole experience was the hospitality! Some of the best I’ve ever had!

The hotel grounds are very clean and well maintained. The hotel room does need to be upgraded and no amenities other than a travel size shampoo and conditioner. We also stayed in a room where there is a night club/bar just across the garden. The music was extremely loud and it went on well into the night. On a positive note, Daniela at the front desk was very helpful and super accommodating.
This has been one of our best experiences in any hotel. The staff were always on top of things and very friendly. Especially Ara, our receptionist. She went beyond her duties to make sure we were comfortable and made our experience fabulous. The breakfast was so delicious and there were many options to choose from. Everything was so clean. They wake up early to make sure everything is in perfect shape. The swimming pool was clean and the water was warm. Gracias Sra Ara for making our stay wonderful

No hot water in shower but has hot water in the bathroom sink. The room was cold and has no temp control (weather was cold when sun was down on January 1st) Room & furniture was outdated and bed was uncomfortable. However, the staff were warm and helpful, and the larger selection hot breakfast buffet was incredible and tasty.

I booked this property due the advertised 1 minute walk to the pyramids. In reality it was a 10 minute walk. Our room had no cold water to shower or flush the toilet. The club next door boomed all night until 3am. On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was expensive through Expedia and didn’t come with breakfast. A poor choice of hotels and a bad experience.
The room was spotless and the pool delightful. Included buffet breakfast was magnificent. Excellent location 5 mins walk to see the pyramids. Only issue was there a late night party at the restaurant with loud music.
There was a night club next-door to the hotel. The first night we were there. The music was so loud till 2:30 in the morning. The second night they played the loud music till 4:30 in the morning. It was so loud that we could not fall asleep. The water pressure, well there wasn’t any water pressure at all, and it took five minutes for the water to warm up in the shower.
