"The pools and the natural pool are clean and nice. Check-in takes hours. The hotel room was somewhat clean but the toilet in our room was clogged which to me means they didn’t clean the bathroom if they didn’t notice it was clogged. So now I don’t know if I trust the cleanliness. The staff at reception whenever you have questions was rude and didn’t care to really help. Sadly we were disappointed, but we heard the place has recently gone down. Hopefully they work on it because the place is beautiful. "

"Absolutely beautiful Property. Rosa is honestly the best host we’ve ever had. Her and the staff are very attentive. We are vegetarian and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The property absolutely beautiful. It is one of the few swimmable beaches in El Salvador. The pool pool is stunning and watching the sunset from there is breathtaking. Highly recommend!"

"Once leaving the resort to try and get more money out of their customers the stay pretended like we took a a towel from the place and tried to charge me for something i infact did not take and k complained i was not going to pay for something i did not even touch because i was not at the hotel for almost all day. Come to find out is not the first time they do this they have done it to more of their customers and thats why they did not go back because they do this towards the end once its time to check out. "
