O hotel é novo, limpo, boa localização, bom atendimento e, na minha opinião, o melhor de Teófilo Otoni em que já me hospedei. Um ponto negativo é o restaurante para jantar: o9 atendimento é lento e qualquer pedido é muito demorado (tanto para fazer o pedido quanto para a confecção do prato)

O Hotel possui bom estacionamento e ótimo restaurante. Os quartos próximos ao estacionamento são um pouco barulhentos e o banheiro é muito pequeno. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Bom custo benefício.
