The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. "The location was ok. The entrance was on a small back street. It's rather difficult to find. There's an underground walk way entrance right by the hotel that connected all tge way to Osaka station, which is great in hot summer days. We stayed at a corner room on a lower floor with 3 beds. The room was larger than similar hotels. Modern, clean, functional. Each floor has a locked door by the elevator to access the floor with card key. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The dining room was large, clean. The staff were friendly. We loved the public bath. It's not onsen, spring water, but it was clean and modern. You check in with a staff with your room key to use the bath. The only negative point was it was too noisy outside as we stayed on a lower floor. Overall, excellent."
