"The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Our travel got delayed and they did a check-in over the phone ensuring we had a pet-friendly room as well. All we basically had to do is stop at the desk and pickup our room keys. We didn't arrive until late at night and after 14 hours of driving it was a relief to just go straight to the room."
