Hello dear Ckient.The hotel is from 2003, it is already 20 years old.BUT, Most important is that ALL ROOMS were recently renovated, in 2020 we bought New MATRESS, for a very confortables BEDS. It is true, The water in the room is activated with the key-card, and it takes 1 minute to fillup the pipes cicuit and it last 2 minutes to comes to the taps.

Hello dear customer, thanks for your comment;It is true, we are a Business Hotel... The LITTLE swiming pool is on the TOP of the building. We only have 15 rooms with balconies, and we rent it under request with extra charge of 20,00 pr each day... but, it is better to say that we do not have room with balcony in stead room have a LARGE WINDOW.We have only a Little bar 24 Hours at recepcion.

Muchas gracias Mr. Christopher por su puntuación y por los comentarios... para su próxima visita recuerde por favor comentar que es cliente repetidor para que tenga ventajas (UP GRADES)..La señal de wify viene del exterior y hay que tener la PERCINA de la habitación arriba para tener mejor señal.Ya hay un presupuesto para colocar varias antenas en los pasillos cada 4 habitaciones, para mejorar la señal.... sabemos que lo ideal sería colocar un ROOTER en cada Habitación pero esta enorme inversión de momento no está aprobada...

Dear customer, Thank you very much for your positive comments about our staff and especially Toni, the chef who makes the grill. As you are a repeater customer, we will try to give you UP GRADES for superior rooms.We are very sorry about the incident of the smell of cannabis, I personally went to speak to these young people and warned them that if we received one more complaint from them, we would have to call the police, and they would have to leave the hotel immediately.We are a business hotel, and not a vacation hotel, but any type of client can reserve our hotel online.I am very sorry that your A/C leaked, I understand that once you. reported it, our staff solved it immediately. In reference to the hole at the botton of the bathroom door, I was investigating and there was no report of that fault, it was a mistake of the cleaning lady who didnt report it however it has already been resolved. We regret the reported incidents, and thank you very much for informing us about it.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. RAHMAN,We apologize because the A/C in Room 524 was not cold enough that you wanted... the staff from hotel Reception said that they offer you; If you wanted to change room, and be closer to your friends from Room 118, but apparently you said that No...The reception staff remind you perfectly and your friends from Room 118, Mr. NANKANI that, by the way, we did them the favor of refunding 2 nights payment already paid because they want to get a fly with you... normally no other hotel makes refunds... but we want you be happy. Thanks to let us knowing about non-existent A/C in room 524.Just, right now Room: 524 is busy with other customers, and they have no complaints about A/C in any way thank you very much for your honest opinion, we will check A/C when room is empty again. Dear Susanna, Thanks a lot for your review, we apologize for the maid mistake in your room 431, we solved it inmediatly, thanks for let us know it... we are a very quiete hotel with good location, it is important to know that we are a business hotel in a the middle of the touristic area... Check out is at 11:00 but if customes want to stay longer; till 15:00 Hours has an extra suplement of 20 €; and if till 18:00 Hours has an extra payment of 40,00 €. Sussana please let us know for you next visit, and you will have UP GRADES for been repeaters customers.
