The breakfast and dinner staff were rude and disrespectful to me singling me out with their rudeness. For the entire duration I was made to feel I should not be there. I film the cleaning staff using my toothbrush to clean the toilet, after I left a google review that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom during my first few days. All in all, there was mould all around the bathroom terrible if you have young children, the room was in disrepair, the light fittings were full of dead flies, the room showed signs of major structural movement, which was then confirmed during my second week when they started major repairs on another block for the same problem which I have photos of also, I have worked in construction for 25 years and I am a chartered building engineer also among other things, they broke out the balconies on 4 floors and proceeded to demolish and rebuild with dust from their work puffing out in to the central pool area to all the guests amazement, with heavy grinding, drilling all day. The floor in the room was extremely warm, the shower glass was caked in dirt as many elements in the bathroom. I observed many guest complaining about the state of their rooms and the condition of air conditioning and in my instance the room phone was completely out of use. The closet sliding door was also out of use and would not move. The room showed clear signs that it had been broken in to in the past which I also have photos of, my room cards stopped working beyond daily.

Location is the key, staff are super friendly, but conditions are poor, and on top of that the boom noise during the night is somehow unbearable.

I and my boyfriend had amazing one week in this hotel. Room was with gorgeous view for mountains and green area. Breakfast and dinner made us more than satisfied: a lot of different meals and deserts. Also want say thanks for tasty juice and nice coffe (for free). Another big thanks for reception job! One woman (I don’t remember her name) was very helpful and welcoming.

Our stay was overall pleasant. The hotel location is perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel was clean, the staff very nice and helpful and has many facilities but the rooms could benefit from some improvements.

The hotel staff were abundantly friendly and very helpful. All around great experience on that front. On the other hand, our room smelled quite bad. We deduced it was a mouldy drain smell which never went away. Other than that, the breakfast buffet was incredible, the pool was clean and a good size, the bedlinens were clean. The location was a little further from central Playa de las Americas — about a 15 minute walk — but if you don’t mind that, then I’d recommend this hotel.

Very noisy, uncomfortable beds and staff very unfriendly, We booked a double room and was giving a very small twin room with absolutely no room to move, went to complain and was told that was the standard rooms offered to put a two single beds together to make a double, but that didn’t work, the photos are NOT the rooms on the hotel The worse was the hotel very noisy could hear conversations on both sides of the walls from the other rooms. Asked to be moved but was that same on a different door, In the end up we had to check out early and book another hotel because it was just unbearable.

Good location, great breakfast, good service
One of the few good things about this place is it’s excellent breakfast service and overall service by its staff. The facilities are outdated but is compensated by the helpful staff and it’s good location. Situated close to both Veronica strip and Playa Americans which is where people spend most of their time. Rooms are in much need of updating.

Excellent holiday, made very enjoyable by the quality of the hotel and its staff. Nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast’s were fantastic with an amazing choice, special mention to the egg lady who never cracked a yoke. The beds were also very comfortable and the pillows Devine

Great hotel, good location. parking outside free, Breakfast is Super Great Buffet, and lunch and Dinner is great too. Dinner cost 10 E and was super. Pool and amenities are super good full recommended

Nice hotel around a ten/fifteen minute walk from the beach. Central location with everything you could need close by. Friendly and helpful staff who appeared to take covid precautions seriously, enforcing mask wearing in communal areas and ensuring a reasonably good standard of cleaning. Pool area was nice with plenty of sun loungers and a nice place to enjoy the sun. Bit loud of a nighttime but is expected with being in a tourist populated area. Room was a bit dated in design and could do with some cosmetic upkeep work but in general was good value for money. I'll definitely stay again upon return to the island next year and would recommend to others.

Disappointing treatment from the staff. Lack of care. No help. Rooms were basic. Wouldn’t be hurrying back. Locked out of our room despite adding an extra night and speaking with reception night prior to ensure same room was available to ensure no move of possessions was needed. Then forced to be charged to enter room again.

Generally quite a nice hotel, very close to the shops and bars, has decent breakfast choices, and a little bar for drinks and coffee during the day. The pool was nice and clean, and there was a luggage room where we could store items for no extra fees. Overall the service was good, the hotel were also kind enough to let us have rooms early which was really appreciated. However the property is a bit dated and could use a refresh. Some areas needed works and a good clean.

The property needs generally some drastic renovation work, we had to slam our door shut every time because otherwise it didn’t close, the window to the balcony was also partially broken, the closet doors didn’t properly slide, the lamps in our bedroom hung askew because they weren’t fixed enough to the wall. There was moulding in our bathroom, no windows and yet no ventilation. Breakfast was good and rich, the only problem was the time, because the reception said it ended at 10.30 a.m., while it actually ended at 10 a.m. and some people almost didn’t get to have it because of that. The staff was nice and helpful and we generally enjoyed our stay.

the old style airconditioning simply not working in the hot weather, the staff simply asked to keep the window closed to enable the sensor to work in order to turn on the air conditioning, but it simply did not work. Then I went to the front desk, the staff told me no other room available. There was a fan over the bed, but very noisy. At dawn around 3 or 4 am, it was very noisy with some young adults partying, yelling, screaming, and made me unable to fall asleep. The noise was so close as if somebody were in my room yelling. Horrible experience in this hotel.
