"The front desk staff are extremely friendly and eager to make your stay wonderful. The property is really lovely. This is not a place for swimming in the ocean or snorkeling. The food in the restaurant is quite good, and breakfast is fresh and abundant. Really lovely staff!!!"

I had to move room as the a/c was not working properly nor was the wifi. I got upgraded to a suite which was nice however the 3 remaining rooms were without a fridge in the room, so no option to keep drinks cold. Staff lovely and responsive. Good food from the restaurant which was well priced. You need to drive a couple of km...

"Het hotel was precies waar we behoefte aan hadden. De staff was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niks was ze te veel. De accommodatie was heerlijk met als kers op de taart ons privé-zwembad. Het was rustig gelegen in een verder rustige wijk, maar in een toeristische stad. Het heeft verder alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt op vakantie. Het eten was gevarieerd en werd altijd vers gemaakt/bereid. We zijn 1 nacht gebleven, omdat we op doorreis waren, maar dit hotel zou een reden zijn om weer naar...

"Gardens and pool were beautifully kept. Staff always friendly and attentive. The suite we had was very roomy and comfortable. Bed pillows were very hard we had difficulty sleeping. Beach towels were showing wear as they were fraying around edges. Ants in the food areas as well as on the carpet in rooms, needs to be fumigated. Good property overall"

"This hotel with its wonderful staff was the highlight of our Bali trip! Nestled in the quiet, luscious hills of Northern Bali, 10 minutes from Lovina (and the amazing dolphin swim!), it really exceeded our expectations. Spacious villa with private infinity pool, mindfully decorated, and surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants, we immediately felt welcome and cared for by the most attentive, helpful staff with welcome drinks and cold towels in hand. "Nice pool, quiet location, easy access to street restaurants, shops, beach, etc. Hotel restaurant and breakfast is not that great, so thank goodness for nearby street restaurants and cafes. Would be great if staff services are improved and if cocktails were served. A nice pool, but no cocktails available onsite. Not likely to rebook this hotel and stay here again. Nicer hotels nearby for same rates."

"This place was one of our favorites that we stayed at while in Bali! We would have loved to stay longer but only got to stay one night here. The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and took great care of us! It made it hard to leave! The property is so relaxing. The food that we had there, was some of my favorite food from the entire trip! When we arrived there to check in, they already had our meals waiting in our room for us which was great given we had been traveling in the car...
