"The check-in process was a bit tedious, but that was due to Expedia, not the hotel. To keep a positive experience, the hotel staff was very kind and upgraded us to a beautiful room. We were a family of four, including a 7-year-old child, and each of us had our own bed and private bathroom, which was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the waiters, and especially the bar staff. The entertainment was excellent; the girl who organized the karaoke had great charisma and energy. The weather was on our side, with sunny days throughout our stay. The food at the Blue Lagoon restaurant was delicious . we absolutely loved it. The entire resort staff is humble, respectful, and very kind. Recommendations: • I didn’t really like the “guagua” shuttle; I think a large golf cart would look better and feel more comfortable. • At the bars, drinks were often served in plastic cups, which takes away from the presentation. However, at the beach they used nicer cups, and we were able to take great photos there."

Would like to mention the amazing service of Andres ( in the main bar of the tropical pool), very attentive, polite and professional in his area. From guest services ( Annel and Angelica Hernandez both they were the ones helping us with some little issues we had on the first day, action that increased a lot our experience). We would definitely comeback. "
