"Pluses: As always, parking and breakfast was fine. The room is always clean. The staff is always top notch. I dealt with Christina and Bree at the front desk and Sabrina, the lady on my floor. They were all very nice, helpful and professional. Negatives: The elevator was out of service. I'm 73 and enjoy bad knees. Christina tried to move me to the ground floor, but it wasn't available. The TV system was very screwed up; not the TV, but the cable system. You couldn't watch a full program, because it would freeze for minutes at a time or it would jump to other channels. Once it jumped to five other channels, before it came back to my program. The only chair in the room was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever tried to use. It was hard as a wooden bench, and it wouldn't tilt back at all. Before you write me off as a complainer, check it out. I was in 309.
