The property had immaculate views overlooking the ocean and the Catalinas town that is relatively new with condos shops and restaurants and a beautiful beach club. "We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and loved the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating area. The pool is large and warm and we had it all to ourselves all 3 days we went swimming. (Closes at 7pm so slight improvement would be longer hours.) Grocery store a couple minute walk away so very convenient if you want to get supplies for some meals. Location would feel inconvenient if you do not have a rental car. (Beach access is a long walk). But with a car we loved how it was central to so many beaches! Tip: bring your own dish soap and cloth as they don’t provide. Also the beds are only made up with sheets, but when we asked for blankets it was no issue to get them."
