Most people would probably rate this 4-5 stars. And if I were younger, I would too. But I’m now an old geezer who likes a hot bath at the end of the day. That’s definitely not here. You can shower with hot water alone and still be looking to turn it up. They obviously turned down the thermostat on the tank to save money. Other than that though, I’d say pretty good. It was quiet. A little bit on the outskirts of town. But most are in the same area, so no difference. I didn’t need any service, so I can’t speak about the staff.

I was travelling solo and a little uneasy at night as there wasn’t any secondary locks on the doors. I think that would be a quick and easy improvement for your customers peace of mind.
