Staff was great building and room clean. First impression door from garage to elevator had a bad dearing and mad lots of nosie. Will fail completely at some point. Hotel very noisy lots of freeway sound. 2am lots of sound in hallway. 2 nights little slep. Parking app a PAIN. 16.00 BREAKFAST overpriced. Mini fridge woke me up buzzing 1am house keeping left door ajar. Not as close to old town as advertised you had to use car. Next time will chose elsewhere you should too. Not to Hilton standards.

Our room was very nice. The food and service was excellent. The property needs some cleaning. The pool needs a lot of attention. It needs to be shocked or acid washed. The stairwell leading to the parking area was also very dirty. The carpet was dirty, and the windowsill was full of dirt and bugs. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Our bathroom floor was also dirty. Lots of black hair on the floor and the tile baseboards were dirty. The door from the underground parking into the hotel was always unlocked. We felt that guests should need to use their key to use this door for safety purposes.

The location was great BUT YOUR SERVICE WAS A RIP OFF. I paid for a King Suite, with working area, large couch 450 sq foot room and I received a standard 2 bed room at the price of a King Suite because your picture detail did not correspond what you default back to on the room detail. My fault for being in a hurry and the hotel couldn't help because YOU made the reservation and YOU have no number to call. Total rip off and lousy service = 1st time used your service and I won't make mistake again. SHAM

This does not feel like a Hilton property. Would not allow points to be applied to Hilton Honors. Staff was indifferent. Loud AC, other motor (elevator) consistent all night, horrible view, toilet broken and ran all night. We tried to fix. Not standard leaky toilet. Actually needs parts replaced. No apologies or offers to correct.

Gave us 2 doubles instead of the king we requested. TV was not working, in room safe locked. Property very nice. Very disappointed this property felt the need to charge for parking. Just raise the price please and give free parking.

Upon check in I discovered significant amounts of blood spattered across the floor and ac unit. Discussions with staff were unhelpful and rude. Matter is being investigated by the Riverside County Dept of Environmental Health and Safety due to other incidences at property also.

Room was very nice, stylish, however there was pieces of hair found all over the room and bathroom which mean it wasn't cleaned good. Carpet in the hallway had pieces of debris as well. Coffe pot did not work. Requested a new one but it took too long to get it so we had too get up, dressed and go downstairs to lobby for complimentary coffee. Lastly, the bed was way to firm. My partner woke up with a back ache.

The property is one of the newest in Temecula. The receptionist was very accommodating and gave us connecting rooms as we were traveling with children. The staff was friendly and greeted us as we passed by. Even though the room didn’t include breakfast they do offer it at a separate price. The rooms are spacious and modern. I do recommend this hotel for business travelers and families looking to stay a night or two.

Great rooms, the layout is confusing. The hotel is basically a big U with the elevator in the beginning. Getting to the room was longer than expected if you are on the back side. Breakfast was ok,( it was at an extra cost) very friendly staff just the layout and parking was a big miss.

We walked to town and could not use our keys to access the back doors. We told the front desk and she dryly said sorry. The bar service was friendly. The man checking us in was also not helpful and lacked personality

$10 for parking in a parkade that isn’t even gated just seems like a money grab. Either provide free parking or put up a gate…. Otherwise was nice. Check in staff wasn’t super friendly.

They wanted to charge us $50 to check in 30 mins before 2pm even though we were paying an additional $75 for our service animal to be with us and only needed to drop our bags off at the room. Also ridiculous that they charge for parking. Definitely would not stay here again.
