Had a great time, was a great location to rest for the day after visiting the many winerys temecula has to offer. The breakfest and staff was amazing, would stay again!

One of the bed linens was dirty. The blanket was stained, and when I smelled it, I thought it was just a stubborn stain that wouldn't come out. But when I smelled it, it was really stinky. The pillowcases smelled used too. I was so disappointed with this place; I paid $458 for a night, and it wasn't even worth that price.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive two complimentary drinks upon our arrival. The room was amazing and the breakfast options were phenomenal with a wide variety to choose from. We appreciate the excellent service and would like to commend the staff for doing such a great job. Keep up the good work!
The helpfulness, courtesy of the staff was outstanding. Parking was convenient. Happy hour and breakfast were outstanding. The facility is old and in need of a refresh. Many areas weren't very clean such as elevators, floors etc.
Hotel was pretty clean and any issues the staff was very helpful. Hotel is right next to the freeway and pretty to go to different restaurants and shopping areas. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked.
Property needs remodeling. AC unit ridiculously loud. Furnishings worn. Vanity lighting frustrating due motion sensor
The bones are good, just needs some TLC
Rooms were pretty run down. Also, didn’t have hot water for our showers which was very inconvenient. Was not given any notice either. I do have to add that the breakfast was delicious.

Good located close to major freeways. Centrally located to mall, movie theaters and grocery stores, etc.
We enjoyed a 1 night stay and it was perfect. The rooms are clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast offers a lot of choices. The staff is so friendly, I highly recommend this hotel.
The property needs a remodel. They do Mickey Mouse fixes that look even worse. They are over priced for the poor condition it is in. Some of the staff had very poor customer service and ethics but thankfully the staff with good personalities outshined them. Will I go here again? No.
Well located. Right at the freeway, around the corner from Old Town, and down the road from the Wineries. Reasonably priced. Most of the places in Temecula are seriously overpriced because the wineries are popular but there isn't a wide selection of places to stay. Now its rip-off pricing, even in the yuckiest places. So we stay here every time we want to visit family.

We had a good experience, its such a family friendly place.
We woke up to full blast ghetto music at 5:30 AMin the room next door and the staff when contacted did NOTHING. I am in this area weekly and will never stay at this property again.
We use Expedia a lot and this property was our keadt favorite. Staff was super friendly and pleasant but the room which is their Deluxe Suite was pretty tattered and old. Just want what youd expect for an Embassy Suites.
There was no shampoo or soap in the shower or sink. When I called the front desk they spent a lot of tome arguing that there was a dispenser in he shower when there wasnt any. I missed my irrhday dinner because it took them 45 minutes to bring the shampoo and soap to my room because the run out of the small supplies. The room was old and didnt even had a USB connection. When I went to the front desk they said there was nothing they can do because I booked through a third party. I have always used Embassy suites, but this hotel is nothing close to what a real Embassy Suites hotel is. Do yourself a favor, use other hotels nesr by. I don't understand how can they rent a $220 room without ensuring it meets the minimun custo.er needs.
I gave a poor rating because after a five hour drive I really could have used a nice rest and during my peaceful slumber the fire alarm went off in the entire hotel! It woke me and my child we were scared. An automated voice spoke through the hotel rooms demanding all guests evacuate with flashing black and White light in the room. The siren and annoying voice went on and on for half hour so all the guests were outside in pajamas and robes All for the front desk guy to not come out and give us any further instruction so we finally decided to go in and ask and he said Oh everything fine just go back to your rooms. He told us he had no idea what was going on and still had to figure out what happened but that the fire dept gave the all clear that there was nothing wrong . Then the next morning I had another five hour drive home. Totally sucked.

Tired
This used to be my go-to hotel in Temecula, but I think I have graduated from the Embassy Suites. Hotel seemed tired. I stayed at another one in Palm Springs during the same weekend and it was also tired. Bed was not comfortable. Could hear the people upstairs (it sounded like they were jumping off the bed as hard as they could). Cost was great, but it used to be nicer. Probably good if you have kids. Not ideal for a couple.
