"We had a great stay at Kiki Resort! The ocean view is beautiful, and there’s easy access to the beach and Yo-Yo surf spot. You can also get to Kirana Resort (great for snorkeling) in just 5 minutes — they even offered to take us by car. The staff were kind and helpful, and the place was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature!"

"Breathtaking Location, Warm Staff – But Needs Improvement in Comfort and Value Jiva Baluam is set in a truly stunning location nestled in a secluded bay with a private beach that feels like your own paradise. The natural beauty is overwhelming, and the bungalows are located right on the sand. It’s a place where you can fully disconnect and enjoy nature. However, the resort is very remote – there are no alternative dining options within 30 minutes, so you’re fully dependent on the in-house restaurant. Unfortunately, the food quality doesn’t justify the high prices. The Indonesian breakfast (like Nasi Goreng) was okay, but the Western breakfast was quite disappointing in both taste and presentation. The resort has been around for over ten years and is beginning to show signs of age. Some renovations would definitely enhance the guest experience. The bungalows are charming, but not well-equipped: there’s no fridge, which is a real downside given the isolation, especially since cold drinks from the restaurant are very expensive. Also, there’s no kettle – as an early riser, I found it frustrating that I couldn’t have tea or coffee until the restaurant opened at 8 a.m. On the bright side, the staff are wonderfully kind and helpful, and the WiFi is excellent surprisingly strong for such a remote location. In summary, Jeeva Baluam offers a magical natural setting and warm hospitality, but it would benefit greatly from thoughtful upgrades and a more guest-friendly infrastruct,"

"what an awesome place tucked away, even the drive on the small gravel road was exciting to get there. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. would defiantly be going back there, my two young girls absolutely loved the place it was so peaceful and tranquil. we didn't stay in the glamping tents but our two bedroom villa was better than expected, everything we needed! "Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel was by far the worst of the five we stayed at during our time in Bali. We booked a deluxe pool room, but instead of a nice pool view, we were stuck looking at an unused, dirty pool. While they did have another pool that was in better condition, it felt frustrating to have been placed in a room overlooking such an unappealing sight. There were multiple issues throughout our stay. Our check-in was delayed by 30 minutes, and the room quality was very basic, with a run-down bathroom that was far from acceptable. For a hotel with high reviews, the poor room and bathroom conditions were shocking. The service was equally disappointing. We ordered food and drinks, but the drinks were forgotten, and when I raised this, there was no follow-up. The assistant initially offered to waive our lunch bill as an apology for the issues, but later changed it to drinks only. At checkout, I was surprised to see that I was still being charged for the drinks, and it took them another 5 minutes to sort it out after I questioned the bill. To add to the confusion, I was told one price for a taxi to the airport, but when we checked out, the hotel charged me a lower price. I questioned this, and they insisted it was correct. However, during the ride to the airport, the driver received a phone call saying we had underpaid. This was very frustrating, especially since the confusion was entirely on the hotel's end. Overall, the service was poor"

"Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there "
