"The food is very good. All around this hotel is a very good choise."

"Very nice and super friendly people…the place is beautiful and clean…also it is very close to the sights "

"The location is fine but when we arrived, they had no record of our Expedia booking. They then put us into a tiny room near the entrance, barely enough room for our luggage. My wife asked for an extra pillow and was told it was not possible. I then went and insisted and an extra pillow was reluctantly produced. The aircon is good and the wifi is fine but when booking, make sure you are confirmed and request a photo of the room so they don't put you into that shoe box."

"Nice , clean and sefe hotel - close to any area in neiva "

"Spacious rooms with kitchenette! I’ll definitely be staying here in future "

"Arrived at the hotel in the early evening to be told it was closed and our room not available. We used another site to find somewhere to stay."
