"The hotel is new, clean, well designed and uncluttered. Plenty of common areas, roomy breakfast hall with natural light. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have big showers with glass walls (no shower curtain needed). The front desk is helpful and the breakfast staff went out of their way to feed us even if we got there 5 minutes before closing. Free parking and space reserved to charge EVs. "

"The bathroom was exfremely small. It was difficult to get to the shower. This was located at the end of a very narrow bathroom. Just next to the shower, there a sink on the right side. I had 30/40cm to get into the shower, not nice. Also, the wc very close to the radiator/heating. My left knee was touching it. Considering it was hot, i could not sit comfortably at the wc.

Crucially, the hotel had 10 parking spots directly in front, which allows entrance into the ZTL (otherwise forbidden). Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. "We booked the stay last minute, not really knowing what to expect. We were happily surprised to find a 900 year old castle on the top of the hill, with its own church (which we were given the keys to see ourselves), towers and old hallways. The house was on 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, perfect for the 4 adults and 4 kids in our group, plus a rooftop with amazing views. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Considering the price, it might be the best value for money place I've ever stayed in. I'd definitely recommend."
