"Beautiful and charming heritage building. This does mean winding passages, stairs, and limitations in what can be done with rooms and bathrooms without destroying the character of the hotel. To me isn’t a downside but to some it might be.
Great Location moments away from most major sites.

"Fab hotel in Salzburg for our 4 night stay. Comfortable bed and clean, large room. In a quiet area and a 20 min bus ride from the airport. 10 minute walk to the train station. Very close to the shops and sights. Would stay again if in Salzburg."

"The room itself was nice and clean with comfortable sitting areas near the lobby. However, luggage storage was unlocked and unmanned. Any person could have walked right into the hotel and taken your luggage with no staff member seeing. As a solo female traveler, I should have payed more attention to the fact that this hotel is unstaffed at night, too."
