*The location, not right on the strip, but not far either.
* The convenient monorail connection
* Great Live band in the Casino area!
* Front desk was kind
Dislikes: 👎
*The room litterally smelled like urine as soon as we walked in. Bathroom/ sink/ shower water smelled putrid when you turned the water on.
* Drinks were the worst, and most expensive drinks I've ever had at a Casino in Vegas, and I've stayed at at least half a dozen different locations.
* You have no choice but to pay for 2 entire days at the parking garage even if you're staying for just one night.

The concierge Cherie was awesome, friendly, helpful and made excellent recommendations. She was a highlight of our stay. The Boa restaurant was the absolute best dining experience of our lives. Seriously

The shower clogged multiple times and called the front desk a couple times and they never came. Said the order was canceled and I never asked for a cancellation. I asked for additional towels to help with the flood, but never came. Disappointing.

Great location, but the hotel used to allow smoking, and it still smells of cigarettes. Fortunately, the LOOKEN hotel next door is managed by the same staff, and they upgraded us to a much better room (for an additional cost).
