Great cozy old hotel, location is very good, the restaurant and foods awesome, they made a mix up in our first included breakfast and took me a long time of argument with the hotel manager to convince him for their lack of information and to get my money back, that and 40 minutes waiting to get my car back from valet are the only reason to give them 4 stars otherwise the stay was pleasant

The room was clean but lacked simple things like a box of kleenex. The lobby was always very overcrowded with nowhere to sit and few benches outside to sit. They really need more places for people to sit.
