"The room was clean, also Eduardo in the front desk was amazing help all the time, the lady I don't remember her name not as helpful as him.
Example 1 - We asked for 2 extra towels couple of days and both times she said there were not extra towels, we cannot understand how in a hotel they don't have extra towels to give you, but in the morning when we asked Eduardo, he both time gave us the towels.
Example 2 - We don't understand how in a hotel they can't change you dollars for pesos. A taxi...
