"Beautiful new hotel opened last year. There are rooms woth ocean view although mine was garden view. However, there is also an awesome rooftop terrace with panoramic views over Bahia de Banderas with chairs and tables and loungers open to use. Place is super clean, has a nice shared kitchenette for some cooking, and a nice area to eat, also with partial ocean and garden views. Location is great in the heart of PV, 15 mins walk you can reach north to Playa Camarones and all of the Romantic Zone to the south. Plenty of restaurants and bars steps from the door. Hughly reccomend No Se Nada for a nice dinner and PVs best burgers at Tertu both 1 block from Raices Nomadas 👌"

"Check in line was a joke, took over 90 minutes standing in a cattle line. The al cart restaurants were always “Full” or available after 9:00 pm and the food was poor. There was NEVER a Manager on duty, so any and all issues were never addressed and or resolved. Room service was available 50% of the time. There were lines for EVERYTHING, food, drinks, reservations, towels. Not worth the money, they have too many rooms and inadequate staff and supplies."
