"Staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you, the buffet food is nice and it's only 10-20 minutes walk down to the marina where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The pool are is nice and clean, never a problem to find a sunbed and the outside bar service is fast. There's also a private beach at the back of the hotel which is lovely. "We loved this resort. We booked a seaview suite and the views from the balcony were amazing. The room was very clean and spacious. The pools, food/drinks, and service were excellent. I recommend booking a suite and the all-inclusive for a truly luxury feeling vacation."

"Overall good. A couple of disappointments. The spa pool was luke warm at best both inside and out and overall the hotel could use some updating. The aircon in the room worked but not particularly effectively. We had a rooftop room with a hot tub which was enjoyable but you need to plan for use as you need to fill it up yourself which takes a good 30 mins + Excellent location and staff. We had an issue initially with the AC; it wasn't cooling well, and the hotel claimed to not have any other rooms to accommodate us which was disappointing as there did not seem to be a great number of guests in the hotel itself. "Stayed here two nights. Staff was great and very helpful. I initially booked three nights thru Expedia but had to change it to two and both helped me make the change (I didn’t want to cancel and rebook and not be able to since it was sold out when I needed to change my rsvp). Location is easy 20 min walk to town or 12 euro and 6 min cab ride. Pool was nice but usually cold. Room was clean and location was safe and easy to get to. Would def stay again!"

"The hotel was very nice and kept very clean it was so close to the beach and had a great sun deck and pool there was a great choice at breakfast and also was nice and close to many restaurants Ibiza old town was about 10 mins walk away even if it was up a steep hill overall a great place to stay "
