"In the title it’s listed as a hotel. It’s a room for rent in someone’s home. Not a bed and breakfast. Outside of the property it is filthy. Garbage, yard is not well kept. White plastic stained chairs. The flags that hang outside of the property are ripped and should be replaced. In my country it’s a disgrace to see a flag like that, The unit smells like mould. My throat and nose burnt from the smell. The inside of the unit is quaint but needs to be aired out. The bedroom sits on the side of a busy highway. All you hear are cars driving by "

"Everything about the Relais Farinati was fantastic . The staff are so helpful and friendly , great swimming pool The hotel is very tastefully decorated throughout . Lovely breakfast and so nice that it’s not buffet style , The evening food was excellent so authentic Italian . Spacious well equipped bedrooms , 15 minutes drive from Lucca centre couldn’t be better. We will be back !"
