The hotel was around 1 hour far from center. Rooms are dark, very old no enough facilities. The restaurant was very dirty, food not good.

The beds are nice and the property is in a good location close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is convenient and full of delicious options but is very expensive. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very good and a better price.

The room was clean and spacious (category I booked) towels are clean. The linen not top quality but was good. Slept well. But not much around the hotel. Couldn’t find the restaurant but only Paul. Quiet staying. Not near to the attractions (not walkable)

We had a pretty good stay at the hotel. It was our first time here in Georgia and we enjoyed it. Hotel has spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Room service is quick. It is very well maintained too. Tamar and Ioane were excellent during our stay.

Everything quite good and comfortable. However, special mention for each and every person at the reception for their readiness to help. The reception and security can be more proactive and friendly to allow car park near the Hotel for the Guests or guests of the guest. Thank you all
