The only downside was for a first time visitor. Maybe 1/2 hour walk to old town. I found it a bit far from the things tourists come to see. Eveything else was great though

So great!

Drove into Tbilisi from Batumi (long drive!) and was happy to check in here. There was parking right in front of the hotel. Check in was quick. One negative is that we were on the top floor and there was no lift. Room was super clean. Shower was hot. Bed was supposed to be a double but was larger. Everything was functional in the room. Due to COVID a takeout breakfast was delivered in the morning-it was nice and a large portion. Staff member thought we checked out without eating breakfast and chased after us in the parking lot but we assured her we had eaten. Location is a short drive to the fun part of Tbilisi which is great. Price is a steal given other options I have seen.. sometimes in Georgia I have paid WAY more and had a much worse room. Would totally recommend to anyone.

Very good and clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.One suggestion - breakfast time shall be from 07.30 as most of the tours start at 08.00-08.30. Rest is just perfect.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. It's a short 9 minute drive to center of Tbilisi which is easily accessible via a cheap Bolt-Taxify ride. Would happily stay at the property again.

Friendly Hotel

Wonderful Staff big rooms and clean. Housekeeping staff always ready to help you. Food is very tasty Mr. Arkadia at front office is very kind and friendly, for children to play nice big garden. I recommend this hotel.
