When I arrived the guy at the reception desk tried to give me a room thats very different to what I booked online. The photoes, the facilities were all different. The room didnt have balcony or was not large enough. When told him that it was not the room I booked for, he insisted it was. I refused to stay there, got in contact with the hotels to mediate it and meanwhile the guy at the reception gave up or realized I was right, I do not know but it always happens with the hotels, they usually try to give the shitties room. Anyway so be careful with what you book and confirm with the hotel to make sure anything unpleasent happens. You do not want to get stressed when you are on holiday right? Other than that people at the reception were very helpful. The hotel is very central. Nice to hang around and explore.
Lovely, comfy bed with a nice courtyard view. Woke up to birds quietly chirping (a good thing, it‘s your vacation!) Breakfast was nice. Can walk to the middle of Old Town. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Clean.

Old world charm , newer renovations inside . Outside of hotel needs work. Lots run down. The people were friendly and helpful, tons of history in the area. Outside to many wild dogs need to constantly watch we’re you want. “Might step in something left by the dogs”
A good healthy breakfast was served every morning. The staff was attentive to maintenance issues and fixed problems. The hotel was quiet and in a good and safe neighbourhood for walking and shopping. The condition of the hotel could use some updating. The doors don't close very well, the maids don't clean the rooms well. The walls, furniture and carpets were not very clean in our room.
Arrived at the hotel to find the room we booked wasnt available, we wore taken to our downgraded room. The room was terrible, hair on the floor from god knows who and the room smelt extremely bad especially in the bathroom. The matress was as hard as rocks and tiny. We decided to leave and checkout the next morning to move hotels... we wornt even asked on checking out early for a reason as if the staff knew the hotel was a shambles. We didnt even bother to ask for a refund and we just left. Terrible hotel and for a supposedly three star facility?? I would rate it more like a one star facility.
If you want to experience staying in a house from the beginning of the 20th century, nicely renovated inside and with 21 century bathrooms, you are in the right place. The hotel is located in the center of the action, minutes from the old town, Peace bridge and Metekhi bridge and church.
For those having sleep problems don't take room 3 where you will hear the squeezing of the old wooden stair every time someone is going up or down.

I can’t believe it is only a 3 star hotel. Clean, modern yet full of character. Central location yet reasonably quiet overlooking a small park. Friendly staff especially the lovely lady who served us breakfast. I found myself looking forward to getting back to the hotel in the afternoon and sitting on the balcony with a fruit tea.... just lovely!!!
The hotel was perfectly situated in Old Tbilisi which meant it was a walking distance from everything you need whether it was sightseeing, grocery shopping, restaurants or even a walk. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The Balcony was a nice addition to the room we used it to chill during the evenings while we enjoyed a munch. Breakfast was available at a reasonable price GEL 15 per person. it was a buffet and plus a lovely omelet that was cooked for us upon request for no extra charge.
we are a couple and 1.5 years old baby. we got room no. 10 that is very very small, with no space at all, especially with the baby crib. we order the room 2 months ahead, so they could give us a bigger room or tall us they don't have suitable room for us. it was very disappointing to see the room. when we complained they offer us to stay 2 nights in this room; and then move for 2 nights to a bigger room and get the family room with a balcony as compensation for the last night. we didn't want to pack and move twice so we decided to stay in the small room. the hotel is nice and clean but we suggest to check ahead the size of the room you are booking
The location was fantastic, you can walk to all the sites within minutes, plenty of restaurants close by.
The room was very small but was only for sleeping so not an issue and spotless!
Breakfast was good and filling and the staff were great.
The only thing I disliked was the bed, too hard for my liking but that is just my personal opinion.

Dissapointing family break
To be brutally honest this hotel should not have been open. Half the rooms were being renovated and work was being done from 7am untill11pm. the "suite" we booked was not a suite but a small room, Breakfast very limited ended up buying some fresh juice to take each morning as there was none.
The only thing going for this hotel is its position very central to the old town and handy for getting places and for restaurants.
The room was nice quality with private bathroom. No balcony on the ground floor and it is looking out to the street so you have to keep the curtains closed. Lovely staff, 24 hour desk. Speak English well. Great location.
