Scarce hot water.

My friend and I liked the colonial style of the Hotel. I was disappointed to find out there's no restaurant, bar or terrace. The Hotel is in a great location close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Church Santa Prisca is also very close.

Nice location within centro area. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Easy taxi ride to/from bus station at 35-40 pesos. Property is quaint/older but everything worked. Was clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Wifi ok. Not many plugs for charging but we had a multi plug extension cord. Was party or bar noise most nights/mornings til 2 or slightly beyond. Yet most nights I could get to sleep ok. Would go back and stay there again.

No need to look elsewhere

A perfect place to rest your feet and mind in Taxco. Ideally located. Quiet and quaint. Only a short, almost flat walk to the cathedral and all the shops and restaurants. Also a view of the valley or the cathedral from the room. Staffs are friendly and attractive. The room and the courtyard are spotlessly clean. No need to look elsewhere if you travel to Taxco.

Hotel bien ubicado pero viejo

El personal amable, hotel bien ubicado, es muy viejo y las camas incomodas son de resorte, el baño no para uso sin chanclas y en la noche y madrugada mucho ruido de carros, motos y perros.

Todo bien a la llegada, llegamos a las 11 pero nos entregaron la habitación hasta después de la 1:30 pm, se que el check in es a las 2 así que no tuvimos problemas con eso simplemente dejamos el carro en el estacionamiento, nos cambiamos y llegamos ya en la tarde, el hotel en general está en buen estado, solo el colchón un poco duro pero en general bien, agua caliente y todo

Es un hotel muy céntrico y a pesar de que había mucha gente en la plaza y había mucha fiesta, el ruido no llega a la hab a pesar de que teníamos valcón hacia la calle. Volvería a ese hotel!
