The property is quint and centrally located. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The panoramic view from the balcony is beautiful and breathtaking. Two items of mild concern, the flight of stairs that it takes to get to their rooms can be a bit debilitating, but well worth it. And make sure to alert the staff whenever the hot water runs out. Both aforementioned items would not deter us from returning to Mi Casita.

El hotel no está a pie de calle, por lo que tuve que subir bastantes escaleras con mis maletas (soy una persona de tercera edad), y nadie del hotel estuvo para apoyarme, no tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y las habitaciones no tienen una adecuada ventilación, el colchón es malísimo, muy duro e incómodo, pagué 2 noches y solo utilicé una noche

Hotel bien ubicado. Queda cerca todo prácticamente. Solo tengo día inconvenientes. El estacionamiento no está contiguo al hotel. Hay que bajar calles. Y el sanitario está algo incómodo para sentarse

La ubicación esta pésima , nunca nos fueron a limpiar la habitación, según por la pandemia , éramos 3 personas, 3 días , solo 1 rollo de papel , 2 sobres minúsculos de shampoo y 2!jabobciyos , nunca nos fueron a limpiar y cuando reclamamos al tercer día , fue que nos llevaron toallas. La habitación daba a la calle y para llegar, el acceso está horrible . No lo recomiendo. No vuelvo

Lo mejor de todo la distancia al centro. Sugiero contactar al establecimiento al llegar, ellos te ayudan a identificar donde estacionar tu auto (tienen convenio). Sugiero que detallen el “incluye desayuno” porque solo es café y pan.

Rústico, romántico, hermoso.

Es un lugarcito rústico y hermoso. Tuvimos una terraza privada con una gran vista de día y noche. La ubicación no podría ser mejor, ya que queda a 3 minutos camino de la plaza central. El servicio fue cálido y eficiente. Hay muchas escaleras así no es apto para discapacitados. No es un hotel de negocio con plancha, teléfono y secadora de pelo en la habitación. El desayuno consiste en café o té y un cuerno de pan caliente con mantequilla y mermelada. Es perfecto para un escape romántico.

the room was awesome, with a breathtaking view. we were overlooking the heart of the city. we will definitely be returning to Taxco, and Hotel Mi Casita. the hotels staff was very helpful and friendly.
