Really handy position. Unfortunately the lift was broken but staff very helpful in offering to help with luggage. Quite loud road noise but the facility itself is good value for money and walking distance to the beach and shops. Would happily stay there again

Amazing view of the beach from a lovely balcony! Staff were amazing - everyone we spoke to from Front Office to cleaning staff had a smile and were super friendly. Our room was great, it was good having a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. Check in and out was quick and easy and staff we friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our walks up and around Mount Maunganui, along the board walk and into town. the thermal pools are definitely worth a visit. Enjoyed 2 beautiful meals one at the Olive and Fig restaurant and the other at Dui’s Thai restaurant….delicious Wished we had more time, will definitely go back.
