Great hotel.
Perfect stop on our way to Campos do Jordao. Valdir at the reception received us at 1am and was very nice and professional. Room is clean and confortable. Good breakfast and safe parking.

e week stay
we had a great stay here, this hotel is very comfortable with a great breakfast, spacious rooms and plenty of hot water in a full stream shower, the staff are very kind and helpful which may our weeks stay very enjoyable, a great place to stay and fully recommended !

Great place to stay.
Stayed for one night while visiting friends in the area. The room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. My only negative point were the high costs of the “extra” items in the room (mini-bar). Is it really necessary to charge 2-3x’s the actual cost for a bottle of water?

Nice city for a night
We had a one-night stay and it was pleasant. We walked to a restaurant nearby and the next day visited a church located in a park area/square. It was relatively quiet and our room had a view of the Christ statue on a distant hill, similar to Rio, but much smaller. The Wifi was good in the room. They provided a nice breakfast that was kept stocked with the food offered.

Hospedagem em família.
Segunda vem que fico neste hotel, acho ele ótimo por ter micro-ondas no quarto. Pquem tem criança é mão na roda. Quarto grande espaçoso. Única coisa que senti falta foi de opção de frutas no café da manhã. Só tinha um melão e estava verde ainda. Mais no geral o café da manhã é maravilhoso. Várias opções de pães, bolos, muito bom no geral.

Quarto limpo, espaçoso, cama boa. O café da manhã não possue suco natural, ovos mexidos com excesso de manteiga/margarina. Melhorando isto nota 10. Funcionários simpaticos, boa localização.

Precisa melhorar um pouco
O vaso sanitário entava sem pressão adequada, demorando demais para encher novamente. Chegamos tarde no hotel e o funcionário da noite demorou demais para abrir a garagem, e ainda fico brabo,dizendo para esperar que o mesmo estava no banheiro. Fora isto, os demais funcionários foram muito solicitos.

Hotel já é um tanto antigo, merecendo algumas melhorias na estrutura. Ao chegar na recepção, minha reserva ainda não havia chegado do sistema da Hoteis.com. Com isso não havia uma reserva em meu nome. Me instalaram em um quarto com um cheiro muito forte de produto de limpeza. Estava over. O cartão de acesso ao quarto não funcionou e tive que descer até a recepção 3 vezes. Na segunda noite, me trocaram de quarto, pois a recepção disse que o quarto onde estava, havia sido reservado para outro hóspede que chegaria no sábado. Café da manhã razoável e funcionários educados e solícitos. Senão seria uma experiência ruim

Hotel bem antigo. Os atendentes são ótimos, muito prestativos. Porém as instalações deixam a desejar. O café da manhã tinha apenas 2 frutas: um dia melancia e mamão e no outro melão e mamão. Perguntei se teria pelo menos banana mas não tinha. O quarto que fiquei não tinha nem ao menos uma mesa.

Hotel muito bom, com localização bem central, estacionamento coberto e seguro. Café da manhã continental e completo, já às 6 da manhã (excelente). Quartos amplos. Preço com excelente custo benefício. Recomendo.
