Pools were lovely and staff were excellent. One small hiccup but easily resolved, used room towels taken away but not replaced, daily phone call to housekeeping soon had clean towels delivered.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza in the beginning of April for 3 nights on our way back from our primary trip the New Zealand and Australia. The Hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.
