"The pool being closed on Monday should be well advertised, I really wanted to swim. It ruined my last day in Japan ~ I wish I would have read more…..but had no idea this was a thing. They have specific times for the pool & members."

"ランクが上のお部屋を用意してくださいました。トイレとクローゼット2箇所、スペースも広くてもてあまし気味でしたが（笑）２泊目から慣れました。 ベッドは大きくて、掛布団がきっちり挟み込まれていないタイプで使いやすかったです。扱い2つある洗面台にそれぞれハンドタオルがあるのは助かりました。 リビングのゴミバコは大き目の方が使いやすと思いました。 備品の貸し出し時や質問へのご対応も良かったです。ありがとうございました。"
